Addie's
Advantage Nutrition Consulting - The
Addie’s Advantage nutrition consulting program
is an 9-week weight-management program that takes your
personal training to the next level through a whole-body
approach. With the help of a certified Addie’s
Studio nutrition consultant, you will get all the necessary
knowledge about nutrition to make healthier food choices,
customized to your unique challenges and cravings! And
you don’t have to do it alone. Taking a page from
other successful weight-loss programs, the Addie Advantage
program includes 9-weeks of phone consulting as well
as a peer support group, “Power meetings”
where you can trade stories and enjoy the support of
others who are committed to changing their lives through
better food choices and a commitment to exercise.
Functional
/ Core Training -
This program is designed for you to better “Seize
the Day”. In a series of targeted exercise routines
based on your specific needs, we will assist you in
improving your ability to perform daily activities:
climbing stairs, lifting groceries, walking or getting
in and out of bed, lifting children, etc.
Rehabilitation
- Our
rehab program is for those who have experienced orthopedic,
neurological or other injury. The program is designed
around the latest exercise protocols for your specific
injury, and is geared to work hand in hand with what
you may have done in physical therapy.
Body
Sculpting / Strength Training -
For those seeking a "toned physique" or
a "hard body". This high-intensity program
will focus on rapidly decreasing your body fat, while
maintaining or gaining lean body mass and overall
strength.
Fit
Over 50-
Keep doing the physical activities you love. Whether
golfing, surfing or just having fun continue to enjoy

F.I.T.T.
(Functionally Integrated Traditional Training) -
Programs are based on the fundamental fitness principles
of balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular
endurance with adjustments made to accommodate client
