Functionally Integrated Traditional Training

SeniorF.I.T.T. is specifically designed to address your balance, strength, flexibility, and heart health. With this program you will improve all of the above areas in addition to increasing your confidence and body awareness. Leading an active lifestyle well into your golden years can be made possible.

Program overview:

  1.   2-25 minute workouts per week

  2.   12 sessions total

  3.   Workout difficulty is not to exceed the client's comfort level
