MSF.I.T.T.
is an exciting workout program designed to address the
specific limitations that occur with MS. Muscular strength,
flexibility, and balance are the primary focus with
each workout. At Addie's Personal Training Studio you
will be exercising in a comfortable, non-intimidating
one-on-one environment. Your exercise program will be
specifically designed and appropriately adjusted to
meet your specific limitations.
Program
Overview:
1.
Two 25-minute workouts per week.
2. 12 sessions total.
3. Exercise progress reports are completed
and submitted to your neurologist.
4. Programs are designed around your specific
limitations.
5. A certified personal trainer, educated
about MS specific exercise, directs each
workout session.
6. Workout
difficulty is not to exceed the client's comfort level.
