is the perfect transition to a home or gym program.
The HomeF.I.T.T. program is safe, effective, and proven
to work. It allows you to continue your workouts away
from the studio under continuous guidance. Your trainer
will assist you with designing new workouts, allowing
you to continue to reach your fitness goals.
Program
Overview:
Clients
meet with a trainer for a single 25-minute consultation.
The trainer will then design a complete resistance training
program for home use, based upon the client's limitations
and goals. Program includes: program design, photos,
exercise review and correct bio-mechanics assessment.
