SAN DIEGO - Addie's Personal Training Studio is thrilled to announce a new "Buddy Training" package. You'll work alongside your buddy for 25 power-packed minutes of fun and fitness. For the month of January and February Addie's is offering 10% off for new and existing clients!!
"When you workout with a buddy there is an inherent competitive and motivational factor present that some may not get from training one to one with a trainer", Addie explained. Don't worry if you are advanced in training and your buddy isn't, or vice versa. The extended list of exercises the trainers can implement for your training level will always challenge you to progress upward. There are many modifications or adjustments that can be made to an exercise to increase or decrease its difficulty and still elicit the proper effort from your muscles
