Body Sculpting / Strength Training
For those seeking a "toned physique" or a "hard body". This high-intensity program will focus on rapidly decreasing your body fat, while maintaining or gaining lean body mass and overall strength.
Our studio is well equipped with a wide variety of strength training machines, free weights, and tools to improve stability, resistance and balance.
New to weight training? Check out our friendly, non-intimidating environment. Addie's Personal Training Studio certified personal trainers ensure clients use the correct form and settings for each exercise and unlike the large commercial gyms, you’ll never wait in line to use the equipment.
F.I.T.T. (Functionally Integrated Traditional Training)
Programs are based on the fundamental fitness principles of balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance with adjustments made to accommodate client needs and limitations. Programs include MSFITT, AutismFITT, and HomeFITT.
Fit Over 50
Keep doing the physical activities you love. Whether golfing, surfing or just having fun continue to enjoy life with our unique fit over 50 program. Voted San Diego magazine's "Best Training Facility for Baby Boomers."
Functional / Core Training
This program is designed for you to better "Seize the Day". In a series of targeted exercise routines based on your specific needs, we will assist you in improving your ability to perform daily activities: climbing stairs, lifting groceries, walking or getting in and out of bed, lifting children, etc.
Multiple Sclerosis Yoga Class
Addie's Studio offers a weekly MS Yoga class that is funded by the National MS Society on Sunday's at 10am for 60 minutes. Call for more info. This class is for clients with MS only. Come try the class out.
Rehabilitation
Our rehab program is for those who have experienced orthopedic, neurological or other injury. The program is designed around the latest exercise protocols for your specific injury, and is geared to work hand in hand with what you may have done in physical therapy.

Addie's expert team of certified personal trainers utilize their superior knowledge of exercise physiology and training techniques to whip up customized pre-wedding shape-ups for brides and groom to be. By focusing on high intensity fitness programs that rapidly decrease body fat while sculpting lean muscle mass, you will see results fast! We have a proven track record of success working with couples and find that many learn to enjoy working out in Addie’s intimate, comfortable, semi-private environment.

Best Bridal Body Workout
Tailored for the bride-to-be, we target your back, shoulders, and arms to ensure you pass the strapless dress test. Learn to love what your body can do as we increase your strength and flexibility, and gain overall confidence as you lose pounds and inches. We will work with you 2-4 days a week for 6 months to make sure you achieve the best bridal body possible.
Pre-Nuptial Shape Up
Before settling down and sharing your lives, shape up with a personal trainer first! Cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises ensure optimal endurance for the honeymoon (wink wink!) and keep things active as you relax into a lifetime of marital bliss. Our personal trainers will perform a fitness assessment to develop customized his and hers fitness programs based on individual goals and abilities. Sweating it out in the gym 2-4 days a week for 6 months with a personal trainer by your side is a fun, empowering experience for couples that results in looking and feeling great. Learn how to make nutritious food choices, enjoy getting fit for the big day, and make health and fitness a core part of your marriage.
