Group Fitness Classes

Looking for a new twist on your work out routine. Addie's offers several group classes for enjoying fitness classes and getting in the best shape of their lives.

All exercise classes are designed to help you reach your own personal fitness goals in a fun and energizing environment.

Payments are made at Addie's Studio. After calling Addie's and payment is made you will sign up for classes by going to www.mindbodyonline.com/clients . When asked for the business name: addie's and sign up for a login and password. You will then go onto this site to schedule the classes you want. We do have a class max at 6 persons to keep it semi-private.

Class rates:

Current Addie's Studio 1 on 1 Client:

(must be doing (2) 1 on 1 personal training sessions a week)

  • 4 per month: $39 ($9.75 each)
  • 8 session per month: $69 ($8.62 each)
  • Unlimited: $89 ($7.40 at 3x a week)
  • 10 pack: $149 (6 month expiration)

Addie's "Just Class Clients":

  • 4 classes per month: $59 ($14.75 each)
  • 8 classes per month: $99 ($12.37 each)
  • Unlimited: $139 ($11.58 @ 3x a week)
  • 10 pack: $199 (6 month expiration)
  • First time preview class: FREE
  • First month: $89 unlimited (1st month only)

Class Overview:

360 Fusion:

360 Fitness Fusion means we are going to stimulate all of your body's muscle groups from head to toe and front to back. This is not a body weight only workout. We are going to use TRX's, kettle bells, weights, medicine balls, bands, and so on, all while making sure we are having fun, breaking a sweat, and burning some serious calories. Class is 45 minutes.

Spin Fusion:

Our Spin & Fusion class is a unique combo of 20 minutes of spinning and 20 minutes of strength and core training this is one high energy class you will be excited to come back to. We save 5 minutes at the end for stretching and foam rolling. Only 6 clients in class at each time so we can watch form and really pay attention to all.

Light Spin/Stretch:

Low Spin class offers 20 minutes of stretching, foam roll and flexibility after a moderate 25 minute spin on our spin bikes. Only 6 clients in class at each time so we can watch form and really pay attention to all.

Functionally FITT:

Functionally FITT is a great starter class for individuals that have challenges looking to put exercise into their lifestyle. We use bands, low weights, and even body weight exercises to get you moving and feeling great! Class is 25 minutes.

Boot Camp:

At Kate Sessions Park In 45 action packed minutes you will be able to experience the warmth of the sun and the coolness of the spring air while completing an invigorating workout. Breathe in fresh air to recover from a multitude of callisthenic exercises. If you have never done a callisthenic only workout, you are in for a surprise. Class is 45 minutes.

Spinning:

In 45 minutes we will kick start your workouts to a whole new level. If you are a spin purist at heart our Full Spin class is for you. Power through intervals for a high intensity, fast paced, but self-controlled session of fun and exercise. Only 6 clients in class at each time so we can watch form and really pay attention to all.
