What are classes about and how do I schedule them?

Classes are held daily. We have low impact for people that do not want the heart rate training and is less advanced. The 360 fusion and bootcamp classes are a pretty intense workout that uses the medicine balls, kettlebells, balls and bands. What is great is after you come to your first class which is free then you are put in the computer that you can schedule yourself on the computer to the classes you want to come to. We limit the classes to 10 persons per class so make sure you sign up when you know you want to come. Having only 10 to a class ensures the safety and form of your exercises.

Can kids and teenagers workout in the studio or classes?

yes, we still do a fitness assessment and then if the parents are ok with them working out we start a program that is suited for them and their goals. We are always safe into no heavy lifting while their body is still in the growing stages.
